GENERAL RULES
Animals
Animals are not permitted in the FirsTier Event Center. Exceptions included guide, sign and signal dogs to aide patrons with disabilities. If you require special
accommodations,
please notify us in advance of your ticket purchase and plan on arriving early for your scheduled event.
Cameras and Recording Devices
The use of cameras in the FirsTier Event Center varies with each event. In most cases, still photography is allowed. Cameras with professional lenses and flash attachments are prohibited from the FirsTier Event Center unless pre-approved by the Event Coordinator and operator is in possession of a valid Press Pass. In most cases a special media pass will be issued by each tour promoter for each FirsTier Event Center concert or event. Any patron determined by Event Center Security to be using a Video Camera without proper authorization is subject to immediate confiscation and in some cases, erasure of all recorded materials. It is to your benefit to leave such cameras at home.
Carry-in Items
The following items are not permitted in the FirsTier Event Center
- Outside Food
- Bottles or Cans
- Food Coolers
- Frisbees and Beach Balls
- Laser Pointers
- Any Noise Making Devices
- Fireworks
- Illegal Drugs and Alcohol
- Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
Smoking
The FirsTier Event Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed in public areas of the Event Center. Anyone observed smoking inside the facility shall be asked to extinguish the item immediately. Any person who refuses to comply with the no smoking policy shall be subject to ejection from the facility. Smoking is allowed on the exterior smoking deck located on the West end of the FirsTier Event Center.
Intoxicated Patrons
Intoxicated patrons will not be admitted into the FirsTier Event Center at any time. Intoxicated patrons are subject to ejection from the event.
Lost and Found
The lost and found room is located on the concourse level in the Main
Administration
Office. Administration Office is in the southwest corner of the building near the box office. Any items found during or after an event will be turned into the Security Office and then brought to the Administration Office. Items will be held for 30 days.
Noise Makers
Noise Makers of any kinds (horns, whistles, bells, etc.) are not allowed in the FirsTier Event Center. Noise making items found in the FirsTier Event Center are subject to confiscation.
Patron Appearance
Patrons entering the FirsTier Event Center must be properly attired with shoes and shirt. The items must be worn at all times. Shoes with wheels (wheelies/heelies) are prohibited inside the FirsTier Event Center and are due to confiscation.
Projectiles
The throwing of projectiles inside the FirsTier Event Center will not be tolerated. Offenders will be warned and then are subject to ejection from the FirsTier Event Center.
Re-entry
Re-entry into the FirsTier Event Center is permitted provided the patron is in possession on a valid ticket stub and/or hand-stamp.
Disorderly Conduct
Patrons who fail to abide by FirsTier Event Center policies, state and federal law, are subject to ejection from the facility. Any patron who is violating FirsTier Event Center policy will be asked to correct their behavior. If they fail to do so in a timely fashion, ejection and/or arrest may occur. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate the FirsTier Event Center and its property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.
Elevators
A public elevator is located at the West end of the FirsTier Event Center. Due to the electrical requirements of most events, access to the floor for patrons with
disabilities
may be restricted.
Firearms and Weapons
No persons are permitted to bring weapons of any kind into the FirsTier Event Center with the exception of local, state and federal law enforcement officials. Concealed weapon permits are not valid in public assembly areas. Anyone with a weapon will be instructed to return to his or her vehicle and make other arrangements. Weapons will not be checked into the security offices.
First Aid
First Aid kits are located in the Administration Office and in most Concession stands. Trained medical personnel are typically on staff for every FirsTier Event Center event and are available to patrons and employees needing assistance.
Food and Beverages
Patrons may not bring food and beverages into the FirsTier Event Center.
Children Rules
For Storm Hockey children 4 and under are allowed on the lap of the parent/guardian free of charge. For all other events, contact the Box Office regarding any age limitations. Children should not be left unattended in the facility.
Evacuation Guidelines
In the Event of an Emergency, please listen carefully to the announcement being issued over the Public Address system. Proceed slowing to the designated shelter area or exit as mentioned by the PA Announcer. The FirsTier Event Center staff and Event Security is here to assist you in every possible way. If you have any questions or concerns during this process, please locate an Event Center Staff member or Security Officer. They will be able to assist you to the evacutation process.
In the event that a Staff Member or Event Security is not available, any exit may be used to exit the building for Emergency Purposes only. In every other case, a designated exit must be used by all patrons. If shelter is needed due to inclement weather, all Restrooms are considered Safe Area's as are all Stairwells and Concessions Stands. If overflow Shelter Area's are required, some patrons may be directed to the Tunnel Area and Locker Rooms located to the West End of the Facility. All patrons should avoid the Tunnel Area unless directed by the PA Announcer, Event Security or Event Center Staff.
